Can I also register without a company?
No, only verified business can buy wholesale on our site www.foliewholesale.com. But don’t worry you can shop our beautiful pieces as an individual customer on Folie à Trois Shop.
I have created an account, can I start shopping right now?
Before you can start shopping, we must verify your account, but no worries, we always do this as quickly as possible!
Is there a minimum order value?
For a first order, we ask a minimum of €75. Afterwards, you’re free to order the amount you wish to. Please note that shipping costs will always be added afterwards, so it’s in your benefit to avoid small orders.
Which payment methods do we offer?
We currently offer Bancontact/Maestro, IDeal, American Express, Mastercard and manual bank transfer.
What materials do we use for our products?
All our jewelry is made of 925 Sterling or stainless steel and is plated with 18k Gold (3 micron).

When will sold out items be back in stock?
We regularly stock the items back up. If you want to be sure, you can always contact us via chat.
Can I still modify/cancel my order?
If you only placed your order without payment, you could always contact us to see if we can edit or change your order for you. If a payment took place, we are unfortunately unable to change or cancel your order.
Do you offer free shipping?
Unfortunately, we don’t offer free shipping. BUT we regularly have promotion that will give you free shipping. Be sure to subscribe to our newsletter to get those promotions.
Why can’t I see the prices and/or place an order?
To see our prices, you must first create an account and wait until we have verified it.
We will examine your request and answer it within 24 hours. Once approved, you’ll also receive a confirmation e-mail that your account has been approved.
If you still haven’t heard back from us following 5 business days. It could be that your accounts hasn’t been approved or is still pending.
Reasons for that could be:
-We’re missing some information
-The region you are has already reached its maximum number of retailers, or we’ve given exclusivity to one retailer.
You can always reach back to us, and we can take a look manually to your request and see why it hasn’t been approved.
How can I track my order?
As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive an email from us with the track & trace code. If you don't find the mail you can always reach out through our chat.
This way, you can check when your new FÀT item will be delivered.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
Usually, your order is processed and shipped within 1 to 2 working days. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the track & trace code, so you can track your order.
Can I return items?
Returning items is not possible. If there’s a production mistake, be sure to check our return policy to see how we can fix the mistake.
I forgot my password, what now?
If you're having trouble logging into your account, please visit our login page and follow the instructions to reset your password.
You can click the button "Forgot Password". You will be asked to enter the email address linked to your FAT account. Then you'll receive an e-mail with a link sent to with further instructions to reset your password.
Where can I find my invoice?
You can find all of your invoices in your account. This means that you can find both your online as well as your retail orders in one place!
Go to your account in the menu on the right and you see an overview of your orders. On the right you'll see a button 'Download your Invoice'
Can I have the invoice changed?
Unfortunately, just like an order, once it has been placed you can no longer change this. Please before you check out always check all your information.
I have received my order, but a product is missing, what should I do?
Please contact us by our e-mail email@example.com or via chat. We are happy to help you!
Can I sell under my name / Private label
You can select products from our own jewelry collection and, with a little adjustment, have them produced in your own packaging and with your own logo. The final minimum order quantity will be determined after all order details, including packaging and logo requirements, have been confirmed.
Another option is to have your own designs produced by us. In this case, the minimum order quantity and the delivery time will be determined on the basis of the designs provided.
Would you like to order Folie à Trois products, but without the Folie à Trois logo? Then the special pre-order is for you! With this option, you can order Folie à Trois products without the logo but in Folie à Trois packaging. The minimum order is 50 pieces per color. Go to our special pre-order page to read more!
Can I use the pictures on the site?
When selling under the Folie à Trois brand, you may use the pack shots and other images.
