Shipping policy

After placing an order and completing the payment, this order will be shipped within 1 to 2 working days. Shipments for Belgium are done via Bpost, international shipments are done by DPD, POST NL or DHL. When the order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation.

Can't find it in your mailbox right away? Then be sure to check if it didn't end up with spam.

We don't stand and authorize

When will my parcel be delivered?
In most cases, the ordered products will be delivered within Belgium the next working day after the shipment. It is always possible that a parcel is delayed at Bpost. Unfortunately, Folie à Trois is not responsible for this and we have no control over it. 

When we ship the parcel and register at Bpost, you will receive a track&trace code via email so you can track the status of your parcel. Are you not at home when the postman comes to deliver the parcel? Then he will leave a note in the mailbox with the message where you can pick up your parcel.

Return & Exchange Policy

How to make a return

Mail within 10 calendar days after receipt to contact@foliewholesale.com with your order number and some pictures.  Products may be returned up to 14 days after receipt on the cost of the customer if they meet the return conditions.

An item can only be returned if it contains production errors or if it was delivered incorrectly.

Conditions for returns:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days after receipt.

  • If we receive the return outside 14 days, we cannot accept it and will not proceed to a refund. We can then return it to you (after payment of shipping costs)

  • Items must be returned in original condition (including tags and packaging).

  • The item should be returned unworn/unused

  • sale items are excluded from the return policy.

  • No credit will be given for products already sold by you to a customer. It is also not possible to return them.

If your return does not comply with the above-mentioned points, it will be returned to the sender after postage costs are paid. Further, all duane costs fall to the buyer during the return process

The items are always refunded with a voucher, except when clearly requested otherwise.
