We do everything we can to safeguard your privacy and therefore handle personal data with care. Why do we process personal data? Your personal data will be processed by Folie à Trois for the following purposes and legal grounds: To be able to participate in the activities of Folie à Trois; (execution of the agreement) Processing orders Communicating the status of orders Sending out newsletters and invitations. (Consent of the person concerned) For the above purposes, we may request (store and process) the following personal data from you - Personal identification data: surname, first name, address (billing and delivery address), telephone number, e-mail - Personal characteristics: sex, date of birth, place of birth, nationality We use the collected data only for the purposes for which we obtained the data.
Provision to third parties
The data you provide to us may be disclosed to third parties if this is necessary for the performance of the purposes described above. Data that you enter when placing an order or sending a message will be stored on the servers of our processor SHOPIFY. SHOPIFY ensures a level of security appropriate to the data to be processed and takes adequate measures to protect data against loss or any form of unlawful processing. For example, a secure SSL connection is used as a standard. To process and ship our orders we have a link with Soundcloud. This will receive your address information (delivery address) to be able to ship/deliver the orders. Your online payments are processed by our partner MOLLIE. We never pass on personal data to other parties with whom we do not have a processing agreement. With these parties (processors) we make the necessary arrangements to ensure the security of your personal data. Furthermore, we will not pass on the data provided by you to third parties, unless this is legally required and permitted. We may also share personal data with third parties if you give us (written) permission to do so. You have the right to revoke this consent at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing prior to revocation. We do not provide personal data to parties located outside the EU.
Folie à Trois does not retain personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was provided or is required by law. The data will never be stored for longer than five years.
